This new destination in Dubai developed by Meraas spreads across 9.5 million sq ft. Located in Jumeirah 1 (it used to be Jumeirah Open Beach), it  incorporates four zones:
The Beach, The Entertainment Hub, The North Island and The South Island.

The two islands constitutes upscale residential neighborhoods including beachfront villas.

New Restaurants, Bars, Cafes and Hotels will open. The Centre headland includes high-quality beach amenities and the entertainment section.
La Mer features Beach Sports, Skate boarding and even an outside Gymnasium!
Meraas website states “the core value of the project is its leisure and entertainment hub”.
